HOW TO WEAR
Sweet Sweat Thigh Trimmers should be worn during exercise for no more than 2 hrs at a time. Before you begin exercising, adjust your Thigh Trimmer to desired position and wrap it tightly around your thigh area. Trimmers can be worn under or over your workout clothing. Always monitor your body when exercising and don’t remember to stay hydrated.
