Raspberry Ketones

Raspberry Ketones are the aroma compound derived from red raspberries. In a study released in Plant Medica in April of 2010, administration of raspberry ketones to mice seemed to prevent fat gain and induced fat breakdown(1). Another study in 2005 in Life Science Journal reported that the compound had anti-Obese actions and altered metabolism on mice.
